At Melissa Braillard Consulting, our goal is to provide valuable coaching and consulting services that help nonprofit and arts leaders grow and succeed. We strive to offer a high-quality experience tailored to each client’s needs. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing services.

Refund Policy - the basics

Consulting Services Refund Policy

All consulting and coaching services provided by Melissa Braillard Consulting are carefully customized to meet each client’s unique needs. Due to the nature of these personalized services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered or after a consultation has been completed. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to ensure a positive outcome.

 

Refund Requests for Prepaid Services

If you purchase a service package in advance and wish to cancel before any services have been rendered, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any applicable administrative fees. Refund requests must be made in writing to [your email address] and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Full Refunds: If the request is made within [X days] of purchase and no services have been rendered, a full refund may be provided.

  • Partial Refunds: If some services have already been delivered as part of a prepaid package, a prorated refund may be available for the remaining unused services.

 

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the time and effort required to prepare for certain types of consulting services, the following services are non-refundable:

  • Leadership coaching sessions that have already occurred.

  • Any workshops, webinars, or events after they have been delivered.

  • Downloadable materials, digital content, or courses that have already been accessed or downloaded.

 

Rescheduling or Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a coaching or consulting session, please provide at least [X hours/days] notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Cancellations made with less than [X hours/days] notice may not be eligible for a refund, but we will attempt to reschedule based on availability.

Refund Policy Exceptions
